Prior to calling Reliant, I called 3 other firms. Only one of the 3 showed up, as promised. The others made one excuse after the other. Scott from Reliant told me when he would show up, and was on time, explained the process to me, and set realistic expectations. It wasn't what I wanted to hear, but it was realistic. Karen has helped us tremendously with a liability claim which, for what I understand after she explained, it takes a lot longer to come to an agreedmet with the insurance company. The adjuster really needs to know her job in order to accomplish the final result of completing the claim. Karen is so specific and detail oriented when doing an inspection she won’t miss a thing. I call her ‘a shark’ Karen is the lawyer you need as far as private adjuster. She’ll fight for you and for what you deserve. Highly recommend her.
